Battle Status Icons

During battle, small status icons line up above each unit’s HP bar, showing exactly what is affecting it right now. An icon appears the moment its condition starts and disappears the moment it ends — wake-ups, dispels, and expiry included. Skill descriptions show these same icons inline, right where they name the effect — so what you read is what you’ll see on the battlefield. This page lists every icon and what it means.

Identity Marks

Leftmost in the row, in a fixed order — permanent marks showing what a unit is, not what is happening to it. They appear mainly on special enemies.

IconNameMeaning
victoryVictory MarkThe battle’s win condition — defeat this unit and the battle is won immediately, no matter what else still stands.
bossBossThis unit counts as a boss even though it isn’t standing in the boss position — boss-slayer skills hit it at full force.
eliteEliteCounts as an elite regardless of its position on the field.
godGodA god-type being — god-slaying skills deal massively increased damage to it.
dragonDragonA dragon-type being — dragon-slaying skills deal massively increased damage to it.
clampDamage CapEvery single hit this unit takes is capped to a tiny fixed amount. Overwhelm it with many hits, damage over time, or abilities that bypass defenses.

Afflictions

Square icons in warning hues — the unit is disabled in some way. They appear in the order the effects landed.

IconNameMeaning
silenceSilence (Magic)Spell-side skills are sealed — magic, curse, healing, and enhance skills can’t be cast.
silence_phySilence (Physical)Weapon-side skills are sealed — normal attacks, battle skills, and defense skills can’t be used.
sleepSleepFast asleep and unable to act. Taking a hit may wake the sleeper.
paralysisParalysisActions may fizzle — each attempt has a chance to fail.
stunStunKnocked out cold — no actions until it wears off.
incapIncapacitateTaken out of the action entirely — completely unable to act.

Blessings

Square icons in cool, positive hues — protective effects the unit benefits from. They line up after any affliction icons.

IconNameMeaning
laststandLast StandA lethal blow leaves the unit standing at 1 HP instead — the ward is spent on use.
invincibleInvincibleBlocks all ordinary damage while the effect holds. Sure-hit (trample) attacks — rare ultimate-tier moves that also ignore evasion — punch straight through it.
illusionIllusionPhantom doubles absorb incoming attacks until their power runs out.

Stat Shifts

Bare emblems (no square) that appear while a unit’s stat is pushed away from normal — by buffs, debuffs, dishes, and passives. Read them by color and triangles:

  • Red = the stat is raised · blue = the stat is lowered. The emblem itself never flips.
  • The white triangles show how strong the shift is: 1, 2, or 3 (▲ grows downward for raised, ▼ grows upward for lowered).
  • An icon shows only while the stat is off its normal value — a unit at rest shows none.
  • Stat icons always keep the fixed order ATK → DEF → ACC → EVA → CRI.

Each row below shows the six variants of one stat: lowered ×3 … ×1, then raised ×1 … ×3.

StatLowered ×3 … Raised ×3Meaning
ATK (sword)atk_down3atk_down2atk_down1atk_up1atk_up2atk_up3Attack power.
DEF (shield)def_down3def_down2def_down1def_up1def_up2def_up3Damage resistance.
ACC (scope)acc_down3acc_down2acc_down1acc_up1acc_up2acc_up3Accuracy.
EVA (slip lines)eva_down3eva_down2eva_down1eva_up1eva_up2eva_up3Evasion.
CRI (burst)cri_down3cri_down2cri_down1cri_up1cri_up2cri_up3Critical rate.

How the row is ordered

Icons pack left to right above the HP bar in four groups: identity marks first (fixed order), then afflictions (oldest leftmost), then blessings (oldest leftmost), then stat shifts in their fixed ATK–DEF–ACC–EVA–CRI order.
