Equipment
Every battle card has 7 equipment slots: weapon, head, body, legs, hands, feet and accessory. A piece of gear raises some of the card’s stats by a percentage, crafted sets add set bonuses when you wear several pieces of the same set, and most weapons bring a battle effect of their own. You manage it all from the card screen’s equipment block and the Equipment tab of your items.
Getting Gear
Gear arrives packed — an ordinary item that stacks in your inventory. There are three ways to get it:
- The Adventurer set — 15 starter pieces, one for every slot and weapon kind, sold at the Adventurers’ Guild for 100 gold each (up to 100 of each per month). It has small stat boosts, no set bonus and no effects.
- Crafted sets — six class sets made by crafter cards at the Blackrock Craftsman Union. Recipes, materials and times are on the Crafter page.
- Expedition sets — the Nerissa and Vexa sets are crafted too, from broken parts, blueprints and essences that drop in Nerissa’s Invasion and the Celestial Armada; only a crafter with the right artisan skill can make them.

Wearing & Swapping
- Open a card and tap one of the equipment plates. The picker lists every unpacked piece that fits that slot and the card’s class; tap one to put it on.
- If the slot is already filled, the new piece swaps the old one out — it goes back to your Equipment tab. The picker’s first cell takes the worn piece off.
- A busy card (on a quest, crafting, listed for trade, or in an expedition) cannot change gear until its task ends.
- Gear counts everywhere a card’s stats count — quests, campaigns and expeditions — and the card screen shows the boosted stats. PvP ignores gear entirely.

Who Can Wear What
A set’s armour is made for one class — or, for the Adventurer, Nerissa and Vexa sets, for every battle class. Weapons follow their kind whatever the set:
| Set (armour) / weapon kind | Who can wear it |
|---|---|
Production classes (crafter, chef, miner, botanist) cannot wear gear.
Unpack & Pack
- In the item list, tap a packed piece and choose Unpack: one copy becomes a Lv.1 piece in the Equipment tab, ready to wear.
- In the Equipment tab, tap a piece and choose Pack to turn it back into packed copies. Packing is lossless: every copy that went into the piece — the unpacked one and all the level-up copies — returns to your items. A worn piece is taken off first.
- Packed copies stack, so packing is how you store or move gear around. Unpacked pieces do not stack.

Level Up
Gear levels up like a skill: in the Equipment tab, tap a piece and choose Enhance. Each level consumes packed copies of the same piece, doubling every step, with no gold. The cap is Lv.10:
| Level | Copies for this level | Copies in the piece |
|---|---|---|
| Lv.1 | Unpack ×1 | 1 |
| Lv.2 | ×1 | 2 |
| Lv.3 | ×2 | 4 |
| Lv.4 | ×4 | 8 |
| Lv.5 | ×8 | 16 |
| Lv.6 | ×16 | 32 |
| Lv.7 | ×32 | 64 |
| Lv.8 | ×64 | 128 |
| Lv.9 | ×128 | 256 |
| Lv.10 | ×256 | 512 |
- A Lv.10 piece holds 512 copies — and packing it gives all of them back.
- The Level Up screen shows the piece now and at the next level; tap either icon to compare stats and effect.
- A worn piece can be enhanced, but not while its card is busy: the effect level feeds the running task.

Stats
Each piece carries points in some of the nine stats (STR, DEX, AGI, VIT, INT, MND, PER, CHR, LUK). One point is worth +1.00% of that stat at Lv.10 and +0.33% at Lv.1; the table shows the exact boost for every point value and level:
| Points | Lv.1 | Lv.2 | Lv.3 | Lv.4 | Lv.5 | Lv.6 | Lv.7 | Lv.8 | Lv.9 | Lv.10 |

- Negative points (some pieces trade one stat for another) mirror the same table.
- All worn pieces and reached set bonuses are added up first, then applied to the stat once. The card screen shows the result.
- Set-bonus stats are fixed percentages: they do not depend on piece levels.
Sets & Bonuses
Every crafted set has a 2-piece and a 4-piece bonus: a stat boost and a battle effect.
- Both bonuses stack: four pieces give the 2-piece and the 4-piece bonus. The weapon counts as a piece of its set.
- So the strongest mix is 4 pieces of one set + 2 of another + 1 free slot.
- A set effect has a level too: the 2-piece effect is the average of your two highest-level pieces of that set (rounded down), the 4-piece effect the average of the four highest. A weapon’s effect uses the weapon’s level.
- Gear effects cannot be dispelled, warded or evaded, and they survive revival.
Effects on the card
The card screen lists every effect the worn gear grants, each with its source and level, for example:
Effect numbers are shown at Lv.1. Blue numbers grow with the effect level.
